Gaber has narrated that the prophet (PBUH) said, “Whoever says ‘Subhana Allah al-azim we bahmdu,’ it will plant him a palm for you in paradise. (Authentic hadeeth narrated by Al-Termethy)” Abu Huraira narrated that the prophet (PBUH) said, “Whoever says ‘Subhana Allah al-azim wa behamdu’ 100 times in the morning and 100 times in the evening, nobody will be able to get rewards as he did. (Narrated by ibn Haban and Abu Dawud)”
